Dr. Adam Bonnington

Dr. Adam Bonnington is a specialist in gender-affirming surgery for transfeminine, transmasculine, and non-binary individuals. A Detroit native, Dr. Bonnington earned his undergraduate degree in General Biology and Women’s Studies: Gender and Health from the University of Michigan. He went on to complete his medical degree, also from the University of Michigan, and his residency at UCSF, where he trained in care for underserved communities. Currently, he is a surgical associate at Mozaic Care, Inc., where he focuses on gender-affirming surgeries.

Matt Brady recently joined the Citibank Private Bank as managing director and regional market manager for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Before joining Citi, Matt served as regional managing director for the Wells Fargo Private Bank in the San Francisco and northern California market. In that role he led a 200-person team which conducted the combined banking, investment, and brokerage business for Private Bank clients in one of Wells Fargo’s largest offices. Matt began his career as an attorney in New York City specializing in tax matters and has spent over 20 years in the northern California area advising high net worth families, public and privately held companies, and charitable organizations. Prior to Wells Fargo, Matt worked at firms including Robertson Stephens, Lehman Brothers, Barclays Bank, and Deutsche Bank. Matt has an A.B. degree, cum laude, from Princeton University and graduated from Stanford Law School, where he was a note editor on the Stanford Law Review. Matt has published a number of articles on various wealth management and planning topics and is an experienced speaker. He has presented at conferences including the Institutional Investor Integrated Wealth Management Forum, the Stanford/SVCF Conference on Charitable Giving, the Hawaii Tax Institute, the Northern California Planned Giving Council, and the High Tech Tax Institute. He is currently serving as chair of the Saint Francis Foundation, which supports health care and welfare in San Francisco.

Lindsay Caldwell brings over 15 years of global HR experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, consulting, and aerospace technology industries. She is the Vice President of Human Resources at Metagenomi, where she is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources. As a trusted HR advisor, she provides expertise in attracting and growing key talent, workforce planning, creating programs that drive performance, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, supporting business transformations with change management, and organizational effectiveness. Prior to her current role, Lindsay held various HR leadership positions at Gilead Sciences, Arup, Nestle Waters, and Northrop Grumman. Lindsay earned an MBA with a concentration in Strategy & Leadership from the Peter Drucker School of Management, a MS in Human Resources Design, both from Claremont Graduate University, and a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University.

Ezra Garrett is the SVP of Public Affairs & Impact at Oportun, an A.I.-powered digital banking platform based in the Silicon Valley that seeks to make financial health effortless for anyone. He leads the company’s government relations, corporate communications, community impact and ESG programs.

Oportun has been certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) since 2009, and is driven by a mission to provide inclusive and affordable financial services.

Oportun helps its nearly 1.5 million hardworking members meet their daily borrowing, savings, banking, and investing needs. Since inception, Oportun has provided more than $12 billion in responsible and affordable credit, saved its members more than $2 billion in interest and fees,
and automatically helped members set aside more than $7.2 billion for rainy days and other needs.

Prior to joining Oportun in 2015, Mr. Garrett spent 13 years at PG&E, one of the nation’s largest energy utilities, serving in senior leadership roles including Chief Sustainability Officer and VP of Community Relations. Ezra also spent 2 years at Target leading local community relations for the western United States.

Mr. Garrett holds a BA in political science from U.C. Berkeley, and serves on the boards of the Latino Community Foundation, Leadership San Francisco, and the Public Affairs Council.

Dottie Dutton

Dorothea ‘Dottie’ Dutton CFA, AWMA

Dottie is an independent Wealth Management Consultant who now works as a Consultant for Evercore Private Wealth Management. She spent the first fifteen years of her career as an institutional portfolio manager, working with a diverse range of clients including public mutual funds, insurance company portfolios, corporate pension funds, and foundations.

Her investment management background started at the California State Teachers Public Retirement System where she rose to become its CIO for Fixed Income investments. Following that, she worked at two private money management firms, Delaware Investment Advisors and Scudder, Stevens & Clark where she was a senior portfolio manager and one of the first woman partners.

Dottie is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor. She currently serves on the board of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and as a board advisor to Saint Francis Foundation where she was a board member for 7 years. She is a former member of the NUS (National University of Singapore) Medicine International Council at the Yong Lin School of Medicine. Trustee and San Francisco Estate Planning Council. Past affiliations in the non-profit sector include serving on the investment committee for the Tech Museum of Innovations’ Endowment and the investment committee for United Way of the Bay Area.

Shakespeare was my passion at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Before I set out to become a literature professor, my mentors encouraged me to join the workforce to gain experience. That is when I landed at Charles Schwab, where I found a new passion for educating people about investments, the stock market and financial planning. I followed that career trajectory for 25+ years, working for mPower Advisors (early robo-advisory firm for 401k participants), Barclays Global Investors and iShares / BlackRock. My passion now continues through founding Fairlight where I help nonprofits, foundations and endowments invest to achieve their mission.

Fairlight is a women-owned asset management firm. We have 35+ years of combined experience at BlackRock, GE, Visa, Barclays, Schwab, and Morningstar Advisors. As a Partner and Co-Founder with Fairlight Advisors, I advise and consult with Institutional clients such as Non-Profits Including foundations and endowments, pensions & corporate retirement plans on their asset allocation, investment selection and monitoring and spend policy needs.

Sharon Hayman

Sharon Hayman specializes in institutional client-facing asset manager product and client management. Previously a Partner and Head of Product Strategy and Head of Relationship Management at Jackson Square Partners. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, and her career in the investment management industry spans nearly three decades. Prior to joining Jackson Square Partners, Sharon held positions at Matthews International Capital Management, Delaware Investments, and Gartmore Global Investments. Sharon earned her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Gettysburg College. Sharon is passionate about financial literacy and promoting women’s engagement in the asset management industry. She currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of Bay Area Financial Education Foundation and an advisor on the investment committee at San Francisco’s Saint Francis Hospital Foundation.

A Senior Consultant with over 20-years experience in the banking and financial industries, Michele leads the US expansion of the Global Asset Management Executive Search practice in the US for Hanover Search Group, partnering with industry leaders and top-tier asset management firms across the US to find the highest caliber talent. She is a key contributor to the Hanover Search Diversity & Inclusion agenda, creating a strategy to grow capabilities, understanding and culture, as well as advise clients.

Marguerite Hutchinson

Marguerite Hutchinson has over 15 years of experience leading collaboration efforts in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, providing business development and legal guidance to R&D teams creating treatments for cancer. She is currently Chief Business Officer at Storm Therapeutics, and has held other C-level roles at a seed-funded academic spinout, Frontier Medicines, and Plexxikon Inc. She began her career at the University of California, San Francisco, where she represented the Cancer Center by negotiating intellectual property rights with industry. Marguerite has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Women Leaders in Biotech by the Healthcare Technology Report. In her spare time, Marguerite serves on the Board of Directors of Huckleberry Youth Programs, which serves at-risk youth in San Francisco with housing, counseling, and healthcare. Marguerite obtained her law degree from the University of San Diego and her bachelor’s degree from Harvard.

Elizabeth Johnson is a veteran in the Financial Services Industry since 1996. For the past 23 years, she has worked with Financial Advisor Professionals in Northern California with an areas of focus that includes, ESG Portfolio Management and Construction, Sustainable and Responsible presentations, Wealth Preservation, Tax Advantageous Investments and Institutional Portfolio Management. Her most recent position held was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. Elizabeth is a Chartered Socially Responsible Investment Consultant and graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle. In her spare time, she enjoys charitable work for a variety of Bay Area organizations, travel and parenting her daughter.

Laurette Slawson Hartigan brings over 20 years of experience in international finance, venture, and technology. Ms. Hartigan is a strategic CFO who advises and invests in Silicon Valley companies in new media, health tech, cleantech and fintech. Laurette holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, a B.A. in International Political Economics and a Minor in French from University of California, Berkeley. Laurette is active in various non-profit organizations including the President’s Leadership Council of The Asia Foundation.

Brandon Kline is Deputy Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General, California Department of Justice. A lifelong higher education advocate, Kline previously served in leadership roles with the University of California, as well as San Francisco State University, where he launched the SF Rebound Institute Legal Clinic. Kline earned his JD and LLM degrees from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he was awarded an Energy Law Fellowship with the Green Energy Institute. In 2016, Kline was named as a Presidential Leadership Scholar, a unique leadership development organization launched by former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. He is admitted to practice law in California and Washington.

Aneesh Krishna is a partner at McKinsey & Company and the North America Co-lead for Healthcare Transformations. He is currently a member of the board of Project Open Hand and for five years was a principal at Booz & Company, a global strategy consulting team. Aneesh graduated with an MBA in the top tenth percentile from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley.

Noriko Lim-Tepper

Noriko Lim-Tepper, Ed.D

Noriko Lim-Tepper is the Chief of Staff to the President of San Francisco State University. Prior to her current role, she was the Director of Government and Community Relations for the University and has led federal and state advocacy efforts for the campus.

Before her arrival at SF State, Noriko was a senior field representative to California State Assemblyman Phil Ting and was an aide to former Assemblyman Tom Ammiano and former State Senator Carole Migden. During her tenure in the Legislature, she worked on the advancement of LGBTQ+ rights, housing, transportation, immigration, and educational issues.

Noriko received her Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern California, a Masters’s in International and Multicultural Education, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of San Francisco.

Frank Malin

Frank Malin, MD, has been a member of the active medical staff at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital for over 30 years. He has held a number of staff positions, as well as served on the Hospital’s Board of Trustees. Frank is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, American College of Cardiology, and the American Heart Association. Frank received both his BA and his MD from the University of Minnesota.

Harry Prabandham

Harry Prabandham is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Radiant since 2021. Prior to joining Radiant, Harry had a 14-year career at AXA IM Rosenberg Equities, as Head of Multi-factor and Alpha strategies, Deputy CIO, Americas and Portfolio Manager for long-only and long-short equity investment strategies across the cap spectrum. He has experience as a M&A Business Leader and Software Architect, executing complex projects. He has over 20+ years’ experience in driving innovation and the use of statistical learning techniques for data analysis and finance.

Harry has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as well as a master’s in computer science from the Indian Statistical Institute. He graduated from Bangalore University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. Harry is the proud holder of 7 patents and has co-authored a book on Java Programming.

When he is not diligently following markets, Harry can occasionally be found hiking or catching up on his reading.

Judith Rooke brings experience in Post Acute Care as a clinical director with a demonstrated history of clinical leadership, strategic planning, consultation, physician/clinical coordination and community relations. She is the Director of Care Management at Eldercare Specialists where she oversees and navigates the integration and delivery of comprehensive care management services for the elderly and disabled adults. She leads a team of geriatric care managers, maintains quality of care, and ensures the best outcome in medical planning and advocacy. She is a member of ALCA (Aging Life Care Association) and a board member of CAHF (California Association of Healthcare Facilities). She is a Registered Nurse with a BA in Business Administration from California State University, San Bernardino.

Sotha Saing came to the United States at the age of five as a Cambodian refugee. She was raised and attended school in San Francisco. She has always had a passion for serving the community and by the age of nineteen, she founded Accounting Paramedics. The main mission of the company was to help people become successful business owners. She inspired and encouraged many by bringing out their entrepreneur spirit which enabled them to provide financial stability to their families. As a Finance Consultant, Sotha brings over 25 years of global financing, investment, operation, compliance, auditing, taxation, and leadership experience along with a venture lending, leasing, banking and a technological industry background. She is a graduate of Women’s Initiative and has been awarded by the San Francisco Mayor’s office with the Women Business Achievement Recognition Award for the Empowerment of Businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Sarita Satpathy

Sarita Satpathy, MD

Sarita Satpathy, MD is a hospitalist providing acute inpatient care with Vituity and Kentfield Rehabilitation Hospital, and is a practicing physician for both Facebook and Silverado Hospice. She serves as a board member on the SF Marin Medical Society and as the Board Chair for Saint Francis Foundation’s annual fundraiser Wine Women & Shoes. Dr. Satpathy received her BA in Psychology from University of Texas, Austin, her MA in Public Health from San Jose State University and her medical degree from St. George’s University.

Jeff Taylor, PsyD

Jeff Taylor, PsyD

Dr. Jeff Taylor, is a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine and Stanford Sports Medicine. In his clinical practice, Dr. Taylor specializes in the provision of behavioral health care services for members of the LGBTQ+ community and high-performance athletes. He received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute, and completed his postdoctoral training at Stanford University School of Medicine and the Palo Alto VA Medical Center. Dr. Taylor is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where he played Division I Tennis.
